How To Get Smooth and Soft Skin Naturally

Whether many people to maintain healthy and soft skin can be really difficult. When you or your partner touches your skin you want it to feel soft and smooth.People are naturally blessed with a glowing, baby soft skin. Check out some of the basic daily routines which have to be added in your schedule to have soft skin.

Drink Plenty of Water

Drinking plenty of water is extremely important if you want a glowing baby soft skin. Start your day with a glass of lukewarm water. You can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice to it. However, try to avoid drinking chilled water.

Take Bath Daily

Wash your face twice daily with herbal natural scrubs like besan, methi powder, green gram flour etc, which gives a natural glow to the skin because it is a good cleanser.

Honey and Lime Mask

Honey and lime mask is best over night cream to get fair skin and reduce the sun and environment issues and if you don’t like honey then you can mix it with olive oil and it will not only help you get smooth and beautiful skin and it is very good to get fairer skin too.

Papaya Mask

Papaya contains natural enzymes, which is wonderful to get soft skin. Mash few pieces of papaya and use as a facial mask. Apply for fifteen minutes then rinse it off. If you want whitening effect, you can add a slice of lemon into papaya mash.

Avoid Hot Water

Avoid using steaming hot water when you shower or bath. Hot water can strip the skin of essential oils that keep it moisturized naturally. You should use water that is lukewarm when bathing or showering to keep your skin soft naturally.
