Super foods for Women:

Yogurt
It makes a great snack and mixes well along with other super foods, like nuts, wholegrain cereal, and berries. They are low cost and nutritious, and you may make them any way you want- you need to be careful of the other ingredients you set to the mix. You can ramp up the taste of your eggs with the addition of tons of other nutritious foods, for example greens, low fat cheese, and lean protein.
