  • You should clean your eyes. Water is the greatest resource for cleansing your vision. Fresh milk is also great for cleansing the eyes. A clean cotton swab should be dipped into milk and put on the eye. Couple of drops of pure rose water will work for the eyes. This enhances the glow within the eyes.
  • Avoid wearing contacts for more than 19 hours. This could cause permanent sight damage in addition to extreme discomfort to your eyes.
  • Exposure to the sun has been linked to cataract formation and, possibly, macular degeneration. Always wear sunglasses when you’re in the bright sun.
  • Milk is natural also safe cleanser for the eyes. Take a clean cotton swab and dip in milk. Make use of this dipped cotton ball to clean your vision. If you have dry skin around your vision, milk helps to avoid dryness around your vision and gives you more refreshing look.
  • Do not spend so much time taking a look at your computer screen. Be sure to wear goggles or any other eye protective wear whenever using chemicals or any place with harmful airborne particulates.
  • Eat fresh fruits like cucumber, orange, guava etc. Vitamin A, C & E is very good eyes nutrients. Lentils, peanuts, sunflower seeds, corn oil and eggs are fantastic for the eyes.
  • Drinking lots of water always helps to keep your eyes fresh. This also hydrates your body and reduces the puffiness about the eyes.
  • Don’t ever rub your eyes if you have something in your eye. Exercise your vision, also be sure to relax them.
  • Cucumber mainly contains Vitamin A and C, magnesium and calcium, that are very helpful for eyes. It's significantly known for its soothing properties and efficient in your routine eye care.
