Siberian Ginseng:
Siberian ginseng, is another herb used in treating depression and anxiety. It improves balance of neurotransmitters, such as serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine. This herb helps the body to adapt to physical stress.

Kava Herb:
